“I have wanted luxies for a long time now and finally made the jump to get them. since receiving them, i have worn them a lot. its hard to blend them into my hair because my natural hair is short, but it will get better with time. the only thing that keeps me from giving them 5 stars is when i was brushing one of my clips, a big tuft of hair came out. i brushed like they said, bottom to top, and it just came right out. the clip looks fine and hasn't any issues, but now i am extra careful about brushing.”

Helen, hair extensions are definitely a sensitive product, so like you say you did, please brush them with a soft bristle brush starting from the ends and working your way up to remove tangles. Being extra gentle will prevent any hairs from being pulled out.

“The color blends in with my hair color wonderfully. Hair is soft and great quality as well. However, the hair is quite heavy so it hurts my head a little bit if I leave it there for too long.”

Ha, I'm so happy to hear that you enjoy the softness and quality of your Mocha Brown Luxy Hair Extensions and that they blend in seamlessly with your hair colour.
Extensions do take some time to get used to if you have a sensitive scalp. What I may suggest is to clip in the wefts about 1" down from your scalp and this will reduce the tension. Please give it a try and I'm sure it will help.
