Thank you for sharing your honest review with us. I appreciate your feedback that you expected your Luxies to be longer and thicker. We're constantly looking to improve here at Luxy Hair.
For those with thin and around shoulder length hair, we recommend opting for our Seamless 180-gram set. This will help ensure that there are enough wefts and hair to create a seamless and natural transition where your real hair ends and the extensions begin. Otherwise, opting for a lighter set may results in the extensions looking "stringy" or unnatural at the bottom.
Now that your set has been opened, you are welcome to purchase a Volumizer weft (www.bit.ly/45gdarkbrown) to compensate for the lack of thickness in your current set. This is a 45 gram, 4 clip weft that will add more volume to your hair.

“they arrived on time and they were beautiful but after wearing once or twice I started to notice that they pulled my hair to where I had to take them off while working 3 hours into my shift. I think they should have some type of better clips”

“I bought these after being very disappointed with a set of Sally's beauty supply extensions and the difference is incredible. The luxy extensions are so much softer and shed less. I bought the medium thickness pack and it fills my hair well. Next time I will get the thickest set though.”
