Luxy was recommended to me by my wedding makeup artist and I can't say how happy I am with them. The value for cost is excellent and I'm always excited for a chance to wear them. “I've ordered luxys in the color bleach blonde in the past and they lasted me so long even when I wasn't taking good care of them , and recently I ordered the color dark brown and I love it so much . It blends extremely well and no one ever knows I'm wearing extensions . I have medium to thick hair but still , with the 160 grams , I don't use the last piece which is the 4 piece weft because it's just so much hair . Very thick from root to tip , DOES not shed , and very natural . I won't be changing hair companies any time soon . And the shipping is perfect . Ordered on Wednesday at 12 am and got it Friday at 12 . And the customer service is great , they helped me a lot ! Thank you luxy !”

I'm sorry to hear that the colour was not what you had expected. Please know that every set has a tester weft located in the bottom compartment so that you can compare it to your hair before deciding to keep it.
As long as the main compartment is not opened or tampered with, we are happy to accept it back for a return or exchange.
Otherwise, since Luxies are made of 100% remy human hair, they certainly can be dyed to match your hair colour perfectly. I recommend to have your hairstylist do this for you, and to test the dye first on the smallest weft.
