“I have been wearing extensions for about 5 years now, and I received my first pair of Luxies this morning and was immediately in love. Not only was the buying process a dream with a "color match guide" and amazing customer service. The blog was also amazing help! All around the buying process was perfect. They processed and shipped my order before I even checked back! Now to the main event, these are by far the best extensions I have ever owned! This is my Luxy # 7! The clips are phenomenal, the color is just beautiful and blends well even with my scary untamed roots and for once in my hair extension career, no cutting them to blend needed! I will defiantly be ordering a blonde 160g set for my summer hair. Sorry if this review is all over the place, I have been prancing all over the house giddy all day, ecstatic that I finally got an amazing product for a great price! “When I first purchased my set it was too dark. I only opened the trial side to test- which I read in direction materials. When I sent them for exchange Luxy said they would not return them because the other side had been opened. It did appear like it had been, but not by me. Clearly they accepted them back in that condition from someone else. They did agree to the exchange after I expressed my disappointment as a first time customer. Since then I have worn my Luxy set multiple times, including my sisters wedding as the maid of honor. I'll be ordering a new set for my own wedding next year. They blend perfectly and give me a boost of confidence in adding volume and length to my thin hair.”
