“I ordered these thinking it would look like the picture. This person is wearing the thickest set and not the 160. Not to mention all the photos are the same for this and the 220. How are people supposed to know? The sample clip is small and looks thick enough and when you open the rat, they’re thin. My hair dresser put them in today and I’ll need the thickest set to make this work. I thought I was getting the picture and it represented what this extension looked like. Not true and so disappointed.”

“This is my second pair of Luxies. I tried a new color, as my hair color has changed. I purchased these for my upcoming wedding, and I have to say I’m a bit disappointed. The clips are solid and the hair appears to be of high quality upon the first look. That said, when I have installed the hair, the hair sheds a great deal, and the ends of the hair are SPLIT ENDS!! For the amount of money I spent, I am quite disappointed in the quality.”
