I'm sorry to hear that the shade was not like what you ordered. The Ash Blonde shade does still have yellow tones in the hair, however, since our extensions are made of 100% remy human hair, they certainly can be toned to match your hair colour by your hair stylist. (If doing so, please test it first on the smallest weft so that you are happy with the results.)
