“I love these extensions. I had to tone them to match my hair, they look good. Only thing is after I washed them and conditioned while combing through they lost quite a bit of the hair (my comb was very full of hair). Other than that their great, I don't even have to use all of them because my hairs pretty thick.”

I'm delighted to hear that you love your new custom toned Ash Blonde Luxies and that they match your hair perfectly.
It is normal for the extensions to shed a little more in the beginning. After the first wash or few wears, the shedding will subside to a minimum.
Please remember to use a soft bristle brush and to start brushing from the ends and working your way up to remove tangles. The more gentle you are the less fallout there will be :)

I'm glad to hear that you feel your Ash Blonde Luxies are beautiful. The hair is designed to taper down very finely to give a natural effect. In fact, 70 percent or more of the hair is the advertised length.
In regards to the red thread, I'm very sorry about that. Feel free to cut it out and it will not impact the weft at all. I will be sure to note this to share with the manufacturer for quality control purposes. As a goodwill gesture, I have credited back $5 for the inconvenience to the original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for it to be processed.
