“As always Lucy's amazing products have held true their marketing representation they have authentic texture and this being my second set I know they hold up over time! My only wish is that they would release a cooler toned blonde as even the ash blonde requires toning. And I also advise to Canadian customer not to bother with the express shipping as it takes roughly the same time span as snail mail and they are both traceable! My experience with the customer service team was beyond and above what I was expecting and I will be a luxy customer for life :) xo”
