“Perfect once you wash them! If you don’t wash them they are too shiny and fake looking, once I washed and toned them, it was great. I wish I would have gotten a thicker set, I already have long thick hair, I just wanted more length for my wedding.”

“The hair itself is pretty, but really needs to be cut and colored by a stylist to blend well. The clips are drastically more bulky and uncomfortable compared to other extensions I’ve had. I really haven’t gotten any use out of them and it felt like a waste of $180. It is also frustrating to me that there is not a return or exchange option other than just trying out 1 weft, which does not give a realistic idea of the overall set.”

For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept opened sets back for a return or exchange so while that one weft may not be ideal in determining the full blend of the set, we need to have measures in place for the security of our customers.
