“I got the hair and was very exited even thou the ash blonde was very yellow. I wore the hair for about 2 weeks and then reolized that it was very thin layer of hair in each clip. So I do like the hair but I am not in love.”

The Ash Blonde shade is less golden than the Bleach Blonde, however, does still have yellow tones.
In order to counteract these yellow tones, feel free to tone the hair with your hairstylist or you can even try using a purple toned shampoo on the extensions - as many customers have tried. This will help your extensions to appear more ashy.
I can see that you ordered the 160g set. This set is not the fullest set we offer, nor the thinnest. It is designed for medium thick hair.
If you feel that you have abnormally thin hair extensions, please kindly contact us at info@luxyhair.com and we can certainly discuss this further. We reply to all emails within 24 hours.

“I love my extensions!! I got the medium weight and its almost too much hair! ..ALMOST!
They are beautiful and are easy to style too.
The only complaint I have is that Luxy doesn’t sell extensions light enough for my almost white hair. I got the lightest color they had and had my hair stylist tone them for me. They turned out great and Several people didn’t even recognize that I was wearing extensions.
Overall I am very pleased with my experience and the product.”

I’m pleased to know that your hair stylist was able to tone your extensions to match well with your hair. For future reference, washing your Luxies with purple shampoo also helps to reduce the brassy tones and achieve the platinum look. Also, if you’re finding that the 160g is too much hair, we also carry the 120g collection. You can always store additional wefts for future use.
