“This is my second set - the first one I bought is too dark for my hair now but I'm still able to use pieces from it for certain hair styles - whereas my new Chestnut Brown is a PERFECT match. They are incredibly easy to style and put in. And no one knows it's extensions until I tell them! I'll definitely be recommending Luxy to everyone I know. *I even put them on my husband as a joke and it worked! (great for any length...even a men's cut :P )”

“I love my Luxies even more than I hoped I would! They look great, are good quality, are easy to clip in, blend in great, and can be curled or straightened. However they don't hold curl very well which was a disappointment.”

Sarah, I'm happy to hear that you love your new Luxies, more that you hoped you would :) I'm glad you enjoy their quality and how easy they are to clip in and style.
If you are having trouble with your Luxies holding a curl, here are a few tips you can try:
1. Use a professional grade curling iron, perhaps with a ceramic barrel.
2. Once the curl is released from the barrel, pin it to your head and allow it to set for 10-15 minutes. Then give it a light spray of hairspray and release the curl for styling.
Setting the curl will definitely give it more hold. Also, if you brush the hair out after curling, it will be more likely to fall, so please maybe only brush the hair through with your fingers to maintain the curl.

“I ordered luxy hair extensions and I am really satisfied. friends and family did not even notice it was not my real hair. the 160 grams set is a lot and suffices for big hair. the only thing that bothered me is that dhl sent me a bill of more than half the price I paid for the extensions. Be aware of that if you order to switzerland.”

I'm very sorry about the customs fees which we are not able to control. We have recently started shipping from the Netherlands and with that, there is 21% VAT tax charged upfront so that there are no surprise fees at the door, and also the shipment arrives much sooner, within 1-5 business days :)
