“I’m not one to complain, I’ve been buying Luxy hair for over a year. I previously bought these extensions in this exact Chestnut brown balayage color and fell in love, they matched perfectly with my hair.
I was excited to find such a solid match! I bought another set to refresh my old extensions and give them a break but there’s something WAY off with the color now, I feel so disappointed with my order, the extensions box was noticeably opened when I got it. And the color It's way browner than the original Chestnut (reddish color.) Not to mention the quality of hair is not the same look or feel as the previous extensions I’ve been buying. Not to mention I did not receive my free gift that I was supposed to get with the extensions. I never had one bad thing to say about Luxy until now... I hate to be disappointed with a company that I regarded so highly to others. So sad to see the price go up and the quality of hair go down.”
