“I feel like the length was way shorter than what I ordered I’m 5’2 and got the 20 inch extensions when I opened the box it legit looks like it’s 18! Not really excited kinda wasted my money. Hair quality was good just the length is deceiving.”

coating to preserve the nutrients in the hair. This may be the cause of
melting that you are experiencing and this coating wears off gradually over
time, and with washing. As a kind reminder, we do suggest a low heat
setting of 120C/250F for any heat tools. Please reach out to us at
