“This is my third order with Luxy and I have to say I'm very happy with the seamless extensions I recently received. The hair quality is very good and the shedding is very minimal. The extensions are so light weight you forget your wearing them. The only thing is that it does seem like you lose a little volume with the seamless extensions but for me personally it wasn't an issue. I've ordered from several companies and Luxy has the best quality for the price in my opinion. And their customer service is awesome. They respond quickly and are always helpful and nice!”

“I’ve been using Luxy hair for several years now & the hair quality is wonderful! They stand up to daily use wonderfully. I’ve only used this set a few times so far & have been happy as usual. The only thing making these different from previous sets is the seamless wefts. From new they are stiffer than I am used to. I’m hoping with more use the flexibility will increase.”

Elissa, I'm delighted to know that you are consistently pleased with the quality of your Luxy Hair extensions and that they are quite durable to the wear and tear that comes with daily usage.
I'm sorry to hear that you feel the wefts are stiffer than the classic collection you're used to. This is true, however, as you can see, they are much flatter and therefore they lay more naturally in your hair. What may help is for you to bend them into the shape of your head to prevent them sticking out at all. They will definitely become more flexible with more use. However, we greatly appreciate your feedback, especially as a long time customer of ours, and I'll be sure to share your observations with the team.
