“I love Natural Blonde Balayage Halo, it gave me volume and a length that I’ve wished I could have for years. It’s beautiful.
When I needed some assistance with my Halo, I received a response VERY quickly from a representative, and she was extremely helpful. Their response was much faster than I expected.
I love the “extra” pieces that came in the package, for additional pieces to go with the Halo of for updos/ ponytails/buns. I don’t know that they were advertised as being in the package with the Halo.
One complaint is that it wasn’t like the color shown online, it has a little strawberry blonde hue to it, which didn’t go with my hair color, so I had to have it dyed. But now it looks gorgeous.
Also, my head is shaped oddly, and I can’t were anything that goes across the top/front of my head and under the hair, so the clear band that is meant to work with this halo doesn’t work on my head, it slips off. I am able to wear it without problems without the clear band, I did have to sew a couple extra clips in - which come in the package.”
