I was happy to get a discount of 30% on my first order but because the shade wasn't right i had to send it back to get an other shade. sadly i lost the important discount of the first order even if it remains my first purchase. clientele's service told me they can't do anything about it. im mad”

“First off, I want to say. These are thick and beautiful! I will also say I have been wearing Luxy clip in extensions for probably over 10 years and am rarely disappointed. I have very fine and thin hair, and the clip ins blend perfectly. Being as I've worn the clips for so long I have some bald spots on the sides of my head and I would like to give my scalp a break so I thought the Halo would be perfect. However, it seems my hair is really to thin and you can see the tracks in the back of my head no matter where I position it. I think this would be beautiful for someone with just alittle bit thicker hair but if you have extremely thin and fine hair like me it may not work for you.”

“I have tried multiple times to exchange my halo and have not been able to reach customer service. The halo I purchased is not the right color for me and I paid $269 for something I can’t even exchange. Your website states that exchanges may be made if the seal is not broken and I haven’t broken the seal. I am extremely disappointed with the company and lack of customer service.”

I've tried to figure out how to do that with the help section on Luxy's website, and was not able to. I'd also recommend the 16" length extensions if you're like me and just looking for more volume & thickness. “Second set of halos I have bought. First bronde and now dirty blonde. I am amazed at the color of both. Blonde is a hard color to match and in 2 stages of my hair color I was able to find a near perfect match!! On top of that the hair quality is phenomenal! Softer than my real hair!”
