“For this much money, I should be able to try it on before buying. The quality looked great, but the color? I’m not sure as a little piece doesn’t really show you what your hair looks like over it, sometimes even if the color is off it can look good, and for several hundred dollars investment-I think to try it on would also tell me if the thickness is correct. If you did this , I would feel more comfortable trying you again.”

Yes, each Luxy Hair comes with a tester weft so that you may test the shade in person, prior to opening the set. I am sorry that once a set has been opened and tampered with, we are unable to accommodate a return or an exchange as hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product.
