“I ordered my Luxy hair and received it about a week after ordering. It want quite the right shade so I contacted them. I sent a pic of my current hair color and they recommend a different shade. I sent back my hair and reordered the recommended color. I received the new color again within a week and it’s a perfect match. Customer service is prompt and helpful. “I have used extensions before but these have to be my favorite ones. They are so high quality and the color match was perfect. I have different shades of blonde throughout my hair and when the extensions were and you could barely tell that I had them in. I get so many compliments every time I wear them and after the first few times wearing them was second nature and so easy to put in! I really suggest these!”
