My only gripe would be that I am always looking for 16" because it is the perfect length for me and the length I prefer to wear. I can never find 16" anywhere. To kindly let you know, all Luxy Hair extensions come with two extra clips in the box. You can simply remove the malfunctioning clip, and replace it with the new one. Here is a link to a step-by-step video tutorial that we created on how to replace our clips, if you're not sure how to do it. The password is: luxyhair.

“This is my 3rd set of extensions, but my first set of Luxy extensions and I must say, the seamless set is AMAZING. The blonde balayage PERFECTLY matches my hair. I don't need all 10 pieces because my hair is already about 17" long, and my hair is naturally thin and I don't want it to all of the sudden look incredibly thick. “Ladies, Ladies, Ladies. Let me tell ya 'bout my best friend, LUXIES! My hair has been fairly long my entire life, but has this breaking point where it just will not grow longer. It also gets thin towards the ends, so I wanted to try something that would give me a few more inches, as well as some thickness. I was super hesitant to order these, and had the usual buyer fears: "What if all the reviews online were paid for, what if they're crap, what if they're the wrong color or make me look like I have a mullet" etc. etc. I ultimately took the risk, and could not be happier. I LOVE my luxies. The quality of the hair is amazing, and I cannot believe how EASY they are to put in. It takes me less than 4 minutes to get them in, and I am not a super hair savvy person. I only wear half the set at a time, and it's more than enough. This allows me to keep one set curly, and one set straight, so I'm ready to go regardless of how I style my hair for the night. I don't wear my extensions on a daily basis, but they are perfect for events, parties, or hot dates. I feel like a friggin' mermaid when I wear them; it's an instant confidence boost.
ONE MORE THING! I almost ordered a color online based on my best guess, but then at the last minute I decided to reach out to a Luxy Customer Service rep. I took several pictures of my hair in the appropriate light per her guidance, and she recommend the right color for me. I was doubtful of her selection, but it turned out to be the perfect shade. I would take the time to do this. No one wants to get amazing new hair extensions in the mail and then have to ship them back and wait around for the right color to come!”
