“Since a long time I wanted luxy hair extensions, this is my very first set. I am really happy with it, the colour is matching perfectly with my hair colour, I dont even know where is my hair and where is the extention. It’s soft and looks natural, because in each weft there are shorter hairs as well.
Only negative thing I can mention are the black hairs, which isn’t nice next to blonde... there were not much in my set, but the thick black hair bothered me so I just selected these and cut them
These are perfect for fine hair or if u have already long hair.”

Andrea, I'm sorry for the few opposite coloured hairs in your set. If you are bothered by them, as you did, you can cut them out and they will not impact the thickness of your weft.

“These are great extensions. BUT...if you plan to cut them, because not everyone wants extremely long hair, you will be removing most of the lighter ends leaving the new ends darker than the original product. These matched my hair perfectly before cutting about 6 to 8 inches from them. So keep that in mind when deciding on the balayage blonde. I have the regular Luxy extensions and they are still in great shape after having them for years. I thought I'd try the seamless version because of the lighter weight. They are definitely thinner at the top. They are not as flexible. That inch wide band of silicone (I think it's silicone) is very stiff or rigid. They are extremely nice extensions, but when I replace or get another set they will be the lighter blond to match my ends and I will color the top part to match my roots. I will probably replace them with the regular Luxys. I don't think the difference is favorable enough to me, to pay the higher price.”

I'm glad that you feel your new Luxies are great extensions. The colour transition in the Ombre and Balayage shades happens about halfway down the hair beyond 10". If you are cutting away a lot, then you will be left with very little of the lighter shade. Next time, as you mentioned, you may just want to get the Ash Blonde shade and if necessary, dye the root colour to match yours at your hair salon so that the majority of the colour is Ash Blonde, rather than equal parts or vice versa. (If doing so, please test it first on the smallest weft so that you are happy with the results.)
Secondly, dear Cheryl, in regards to the Seamless set and the silicone band on top, I appreciate your feedback that they are not flexible. I suggest to clip them in about an 1" lower from your scalp to see if this helps. Please give this a try and let me know if it's better.
