“I’m really upset! I went and used spray color on my extensions for Halloween and cannot get all of the color out. It was the kind of spray that is suppose to come out right after you wash them. They are also so tangled now that I️ can’t get the knots and tangles out. I️ feel like they are completely ruined. I only was able to wear them one time.”

I'm so sorry to hear that you cannot get the spray color out of your hair extensions. May I ask what colour it is?
I suggest to use a clarifying shampoo on the hair. Clarifying shampoos are a really deep cleansing and are known to help remove unwanted color sometimes. However, it can leave the hair feeling dry so I suggest to use a very good hair mask on the hair afterwards for several hours or overnight to restore their condition. (I would not worry about detangling them before the shampoo, you can do this very gently with a wide-toothed comb during the conditioning part starting from the ends, working your way up.)
Tina, please give this a try and let me know how it goes. In the future, if you ever wish to apply any sort of dye or color on the hair, I recommend to test it first on the smallest weft in the set before adding it to the full set, so that you can see how the hair extensions react to it.

“I love these extensions! The only complaint I have is they are almost too perfect so they dont bend as well with my very unperfect hair. My stylist cut them all up and blended them and its fine now but probably not something I could have done on my own!”
