“I love my new luxies! They perfectly match my hair color and I didn’t even need to get my hair or the luxies cut as everything blended. The only complaint I have is that the seam part is visible through my layers but that’s just because I have extremely thin hair. Thanks Luxy!”

“I was very impressed with my luxy hair extensions! I had a customer service representative named Karen, who was very friendly, responded back fast, and actually dealt with any issues i was having. A lot of customer service representatives say things that sounds empathetic, but don't actually do anything to help, so im happy that luxy hair wasn't like that. I had major issues with delays in receiving my hair extensions, but karen offered compensation for the delay. she made it faster shipping and reduced my over the border fee from the us to canada.
The hair is very soft and shinny which i like. The only complaint i have about them is that they weren't thick to the ends. they started to thin out from my shoulders down to the ends. overall they are great quality hair and great customer service!”

As a kind reminder, Luxy Hair extensions are made from single drawn hair. This is one of the most natural-looking types of extensions as it mimics your natural hair the best. Single drawn hair has a standard hair ratio where the hair contains a combination of varied hair lengths and does not undergo an additional sorting process to pick out shorter hairs. The hair is thick at the top and tapers off at the bottom, similar to how natural hair grows.
