“I purchased the seamless off black.
Overall, the hair works well and looks good. The texture of the hair I received was a bit difficult to work with, and it definitely lightened after a wash, but as it is natural hair it can't be helped. My two biggest issues were 1)one of the clips broke and 2) the ends of the hair are very thin and very brittle/straw like. I will definitely have to cut off several inches for the ends to look healthy. I got them for my wedding which has not happened yet, so I have not used heat on them yet in order to preserve the quality, so I'm not sure how well it will style. (Pretty sure it will do well)
Considering the average price of real hair extensions, I can't complain too much. They get the job done and give me good length and volume.”

I'm really sorry to hear that one of your clips arrived broken. I've issued a credit back to your order for this, please allow a few business days for it to show on your bank statement. Kindly note that there are extra clips that come with every purchase, and they can be re-sewn back on. If you're unsure on how to do so, please email me back and I'll send over a video showing how.
Regarding the ends of the hair, our extensions are single drawn so they will naturally taper and be slightly thinner towards the ends. If you feel like your extensions are significantly thinner and brittle, please email me a photo of your wefts laid out and I'll be happy to help further.
