I'm very sorry to hear that your Off Black Luxies appear to be a different shade than what is shown on our website.
As a kind reminder, all Luxies have a sample weft stored in the small compartment at the bottom of the box. This weft can be used to determine if the shade is a good match.
If the shade is not an ideal match, we are more than happy to accommodate a return or exchange as long as the main compartment of your Luxy box has not been opened and the golden security seal has not been tampered with.

With a bit of practice, you'll become a pro at clipping in your Luxies, and they will take less than 10 minutes to apply :)

“I’ve had tape extensions for 6 years. I took them out for a break from maintenance and the cost. I had full intention of putting them back in, but purchased Luxy extensions to have the versatility. They are amazing. Easy to put in and place. I do not wear them everyday, so I cannot speak for that kind if use .. but for a change in look and style … these are the best quality option I have found. I am thinking twice about putting the tapes back in and may just stick with Luxy.”

“I got these extensions for my wedding. I wanted something that will add a difference but would not be too obvious that I was trying too hard! I never wear extensions but when these were on they weren’t heavy at all. I barley noticed them. I haven’t used them for my wedding day but I have for my hair trials and they look great and feel great. My hairstylist even wanted to know what kind and brand were they so they can use them on their clients. A bit pricey but definitely worth it. You get what you pay for.”
