“After a few wears they began feeling frizzy and weird, I washed them and deep conditioned them and it only seems to have made it worse. I even tried to trim them to salvage the feeling. They stay smooth for maybe 20 minutes and need to be constantly brushed to avoid looking awful and unkept. I’m pretty upset as they aren’t cheap, and when reaching out to support they just told me to use oil and deep condition.. which I’ve done. I don’t use heat on my hair or my extensions so I’m just really at a loss and feeling down. It feels like I’ve wasted $500+ and am back to feeling self conscious.”
