“I originally bought these in the Summer of 2021 and I was incredibly pleased! I took great care of them and they lasted a really long time. I recommended them to all my friends and thought I had found my go to brand. In April of 2022 I purchased a second set, and these were significantly different. I found multiple gray hairs in different wefts along with course fibers that were colored red. The texture of the hair itself was also course. Due to the rough texture it was hard to style. I reached out to support and they simply told me to "deep condition" them as a resolution. Considering I have not worn them very much and have not treated these any differently than my first set, I do not see how deep conditioning will get rid of the gray hairs. As someone who has yet to develop gray hair, it was a bit embarrassing when someone pointed them out to me. I was happy and sad to learn that they were not mine and that they were the hair extensions that I had paid a pretty penny for.”
