“This is my second set of Lucy Hair extensions and I made a mistake... My first set were the classic clip ins and I loved them and never had an issue with them. My newest set are the seamless extensions and I don’t like them as much as the classic. It is more difficult to make them lay flat and one of the wefts is already broken and I only wore them once. I wondering why the set came with replacement clips and now it make sense. When I’m ready to buy a new set, I’ll be going with the classic set.”

1. A photo of the barcode located on the top of your Luxy box, for quality control purposes.
2. A photo or video of the malfunctioning clip.
3. A photo of a weft clipped in where I can clearly see how it lays against the scalp.

“Alright so I have pretty thin hair and I keep it short, but I wanted extensions for my senior photos. The wefts on the classic 220g were way too thick and showed through bc my hair is about as luscious as Gollum’s. Anyway, the seamless was a great choice and not too heavy on my head. Definitely recommend.”
