“The quality, color selection, and customer service of Luxy is far superior to any other hair extension company out there (and I’ve tried a lot)! I emailed Luxy customer service to get a shade match after I got a balayage done in my hair earlier in the summer. They emailed me back within a few hours and suggested the Ash Brown Balayage. “Due to my hair just hitting my shoulders in length, and me being undecided if my hair was thin or medium (as it is definitely not thick) I’d suggest going with the 220g if this may also be a concern of yours. Overall the hair blended seamless. The colour was essentially nearly perfect. I ended up selling my 180g to my cousin and purchasing the 220g classics instead for more fullness (got classics incase I needed to colour blend at some point). Beautiful extensions, great quality and extremely helpful service. I’m pretty sure I spoke to a girl named Takara for a week, bombarding her with questions. Thanks for your help girlfriend! Over all would recommend this brand to anyone 10/10”
