“I do like how the extensions feel, and the length and clips are perfect. It's just not quite my colour (a tiny bit to light) and sometimes they fall in strands”

I'm happy to hear that you enjoy how your new Seamless Chestnut Brown Luxies feel, and that the clips and length are perfect. If you find that they are a tiny bit too light, since they are made of 100% remy human hair, they can be dyed at your salon to match your hair colour exactly. If doing so, please test it first on the smallest weft so that you are happy with the results.
Secondly, in regards to the hair fallout, please kindly use a soft bristle brush and start brushing from the ends down and working your way up removing tangles. The more gentle you are, the less fallout there will be.
