“The overall thickness of the welps os good. The clips are nice and thin and would be better if my hair were a bit thicker (this is not the extensions fault). My hair had thinned and was falling out due to a medication I was taking, but is getting better so I hope to be able to wear the extensions confidently in the near future. The color is a bit off and will need purple shampoo before wearing. ALSO...when I opened the box the sealed part with the majority of the welps wasn’t sealed and fell open as soon I opened the outer packaging! I would have been VERY upset if I would have needed to return them”

I'm sorry to hear that your Luxies arrived with the security seal broken. This is very unusual, as all sets are thoroughly inspected at our warehouse prior to being shipped out for the main reason that hair extensions are a hygienic product. On rare occasions, however, human error can occur and this could have been the case for this situation. I truly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. We encourage our customers to reach out to us right away if they receive a set in this condition, and we are always happy to provide an exchange in this situation.

“I've always dreamt of being able to style and play around with me hair, but since my hair is very thin naturally and on top of that damaged because I used to colour it a lot, growing my hair long never really worked for me. So I decided to give it a try and see if I could fix my problem by using hair extensions. I did a lot of research and compared different brands, because especially as a student you don't want to spend that much money on something you won't be happy with in the end. I'm so glad I made the right choice! The quality of the luxy hair extensions is amazing, it really feels and looks so natural. I was very concerned if I could manage to blend them especially with my thin hair, but found all the videos the luxy hair team uploaded very helpful and it's not as complicated as I thought it would be. I get asked all the time how my hair could possibly have grown so fast haha, no one can tell. I dyed my luxies cause I wanted them to match my colourful hair so I ordered the lightest colour I could find and it worked well. I even coloured them brown after a few weeks since I changed my own hair colour and they still don't lack any quality!!”
