“I bought these for my wedding next year, I will be doing a hair trial soon so I wanted to be sure I had them in time. I sent in a picture of my hair color and explained that I will be adding more highlights, so my hair will be even more blonde than it is now. The rep suggested this color in the seamless collection. It's a beautiful color, but much more yellow in tone than my hair. I have more of a cool ash tone, but I will try to have my hairstylist match it. I have very thin hair, and when I put them in they didn't feel all that secure. I have worn extensions before with the more traditional seam that has a fabric holding the clips and I had no issue with that. Hopefully my hairstylist will be able to do a better job.
If I had to purchase again I'd go with the traditional, not the seamless. Overall very good quality, and I will still be able to use them for my big day!”

Morgana, if you find the colour to be more yellow than you need, you can always try to dye or tone them at your hair salon. If and when doing so, I always suggest to test it first on the smallest weft in the set, prior to dying it fully, so that you are happy with the results.
To address your other point about how secure they feel, they are the exact same clips as our Classic collection so I feel they definitely have the same great holding power. Perhaps it feels less so because of how thin and weightless they feel. In order to add an even more stronger base to clip onto, you can tease the hair when the clips will go.

“My hair is beautiful. I purchased the lightest color in seamless, but it isn't light enough. I am not able to find anyone to tone it lighter to match my color and I am struggling to do it myself as I'm afraid I will ruin it. I wish there was more of a platinum color.”

I'm sorry to hear that the Ash Blonde shade is not light enough for your hair color. Since Luxies are made of 100% remy human hair, they certainly can be dyed darker to match your hair colour, however, we do not recommend lightening them as it can be damaging to their condition. If you do decide to tone them, we always suggest to test it first on the smallest weft in the set so that you are happy with the results. Alternatively, you can tone your hair a little darker to match the extension instead.
As a friendly note, dear Nancy, we did not release a new Platinum shade in the Seamless collection very recently and I feel like you will really enjoy this shade. Perhaps you can consider getting this set in the future, if and when your toner washes out. But I must say, you look absolutely beautiful in your photo!

“I tried the seamless because of the supposed added comfort of them being lighter weight. In my opinion these are no lighter than the regular luxy’s but they cost more. I had to buy a blue shampoo to take the yellow out of them and then have my stylist cut them so I had to turn around and put another $100 into them. Then I got an email from Luxy saying they now carry a seamless platinum blonde that has less brassiness then the ash blonde after I spent money on making these the right color.. frustrating.”

Julie, I'm sorry that you do not see the added value in the new Seamless collection. Do you find you benefit from how thin the weft is? This is the biggest difference between the two.
Also, the Ash Blonde shade does have yellow tones in the hair. I'm glad that you were able to get them custom dyed at your hair salon. You can also use purple shampoo diluted in water to tone them as well which I've done before. I'm sorry if it cost you so much more. The hair matches wonderfully though :)
Due to high demand for a more platinum shade, we have just released this new shade only available in the Seamless collection. If it's successful, then we may consider incorporating it into our other collections.

I really love my hair extensions! The’re so long and Beautiful! When I recieved them they were not so ashy as I hoped Because my hair is real ash blonde. But I did not want to sent them back so I used my silver shampoo and after that they really matched my hair so the problem was solved and nobody has seen that it was not my real hair! (Except the length ofcourse)
