“Great extensions but the colour ‘ash blonde’ was a little misleading as the extensions definitely aren’t cool toned at all. I had to tone them twice to get them to and ash shade.”

I'm sorry to hear that you feel the Ash Blonde shade was misleading. Katherine, Ash Blonde does still have yellow tones in the hair. For those who have cooler hair, they certainly can tone the extensions easily with either purple shampoo or a dye toner, as you did.

As a friendly reminder, Brianne, all Luxies have a sample weft stored in the small compartment at the bottom of the box, which is sufficient to determine if the shade is a good match. If the shade is not an ideal match, we are more than happy to accommodate a return or exchange on unopened sets within 60 days.
This is also why we created this helpful article this video (www.bit.ly/whichshade) on how to select your ideal Luxy shade. The Luxy Hair Support team is also happy to help with any questions prior to purchasing, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. If you are ever hesitant on what your ideal Luxy color is, please feel free to send us a message at any time, and it will be our pleasure to help you.
Brianne, if your Luxies are too light coloured for your hair, you are always welcome to have a professional hair colourist dye the set darker to achieve a match with your hair colour. Alternatively, of you do not believe you can make your set work with your hair, please reach out to me at info@luxyhair.com and I'll be happy to provide additional solutions.

“I bought my set of Luxies for my wedding. I used them for length and volume for my braid and they blended beautifully. They were so comfortable, I forgot they were on. My stylist said they were super easy to work with too. I wore them again for my wedding party overseas. I was planning to do the same updo but they looked so good loose that I left my hair down. The only problems were that in the pictures they were a little yellower than my natural hair and one of the pieces got a little scraggy but not so much that to be upset about.
The whole process was very simple and quick.

“Love my luxys they’re amazing, the seamless hide super well in my thinner hair. However being a blonde it’s almost impossible to find the PERFECT shade of blonde, so it look a little tonning and love to get them to be a perfect match but that was expected”

“Love my new luxies, I tone them to match my hair and they still maintain amazing quality. The one draw back is my previous set were regular clip ins and the new seamless ones are stiffer at the base because of the silicon. Makes it a bit tougher to pop them in a ponytail but they seem to be softening.”

Also, I do appreciate your feedback regarding the flexibility of the seamless wefts. I will note this to share with the team. I can see how it would be slightly less flexible when you are using them for a ponytail, but I believe they will get more flexible with more use.
