I'm glad to hear that you like your new Jet Black Luxies and that they look real when brushed. As they are so long, I do recommend to brush them often with a soft bristle brush to keep them soft, fluffy and tangle-free.

“I asked one of the Luxy consultants to match my hair colors and she picked a color much darker than my actual hair color. Of course you can't really tell exactly from the picture but I haven't been able to use mine. I couldn't tell with the sample either. Nice hair. I just haven't been able to use it :(”

I'm sorry to hear that the wrong colour was recommended to you. May I ask where we provided you with the color recommendation? Was it through our website chat, email or Facebook? I'd like to have a look.
It does have a lot to do with the type of photo we receive and the lighting in the photo. This is just a recommendation and we do suggest that you compare your hair to the tester weft prior to opening the main compartment so that you will be able to know if the shade is a good match. The tester weft will give you a very good idea of the colour, especially if you put it up to your hair in natural light.
As they now have been opened, you are welcome to try and resell them either (even on our Facebook page for a didscounted price), or you can dye your hair darker to match the extensions. This is another option.

“I can wash, dry, curl, and dye this hair. If it gets a little frizzy, I just toss in a keratin treatment. They last ages before I need to replace them.”
