“The quality of hair is perfect. It doesn't break it doesn't look stringy or uneven. The only downfall is that the clips are not very good quality. I lost one of my hair extensions at the county fair because they do not stay clipped.”

I'm happy to hear that you are pleased with the quality of your new Jet Black Luxies; and they don't look stringy or uneven.
Mayo, most of our customers are actually very happy with the secure grip of our clips. If you find that one or two clips is not opening and closing very well, feel free to replace it with the two spare clips that we send in the package - sometimes they can stop functioning properly with usage.
Also, for added grip of the wefts, you can tease the section of hair where the clip will be placed and this will make the weft stay very securely gripped onto your hair.

Firstly, I'd like to say that I sincerely appreciate your loyalty to our brand, and your feedback means so much!
Sarah, I'm sorry to hear that your recent Jet Black Luxy set is not blending too well. I do actually recommend that all of our customers have the extensions blended into their hair, and your hairstylist can do this for you, usually by adding in layers.
If cutting the hair extensions, I suggest to number the back of the wefts in the order that they are clipped in before the haircut, so that you can apply them in the same fashion in the future.
