I am delighted to hear that you’re enjoying your Jet Black Luxies, however, I am sorry to hear that they are not as soft as they were upon arrival.
If you haven't already, I recommend to deep condition your Luxies. This is a super easy and simple process - all you have to do is dampen your Luxies and apply a generous amount of sulfate-free and alcohol-free conditioner to the hair, and let it soak in the product overnight by placing it in a shower cap.
In the morning, you can rinse the hair under lukewarm water and let it air dry on a towel. I'm positive you'll see a noticeable difference.

“I was very exited after I made my first for my set of Luxy's, after a bit of a hick up on the shipping i received my luxy's. I was super exited! I bought the Jet Black #1 - 20" (220g) they are beautiful, but they are still not enough hair for my head I have a Medium to Long Bob with Layers. The extensions do not blend well into my natural hair, as I have really thick hair. I also think that the 4 individual clips are not very useful.”
