“I ordered the Clip-In Hair Extensions/Off Black/220g for my wedding. I placed my order on a Friday late evening and remembered the next day that I should’ve requested express shipping in order to have my extensions in time for my hair trial. I emailed Luxy and received a response within 12 hours from Julia letting me know she had expedited my package at no extra charge! Her email was personal- calling me by name and congratulating on my upcoming wedding. The extensions arrived just a couple of days later and THEY WERE PERFECT. Such great quality. The color matched perfectly and I honestly could not tell which was my hair and which were extensions. My hair dresser was so impressed as well. Luxy Hair has thought of everything, including having a separate compartment in the package with a test clip in to make sure the color is what you’re looking for. I have been recommending Luxy to everyone: friends, brides to be, vendors. Their professionalism, quality, and customer service is top notch- seriously the best experience.”
