I am delighted to hear that your 220g Mocha Brown Luxies are silky and smooth, however, I am sorry to hear that you will need to dye your set in order to achieve a perfect match.
As a kind reminder, all Luxies have a sample weft stored in the small compartment at the bottom of the box. This weft can be used to determine if the shade is a good match. If the shade is not an ideal match, we are more than happy to accommodate a return or exchange as long as the main compartment of your Luxy box has not been opened and the golden security seal has not been tampered with.
Once you've had the chance to dye you Luxies, please be sure to share your Luxy Hair transformation with us - we’d love to see!

“My hair is very thick, even at the ends. The wefts are too thin for my hair eventhough I bought the classics for short and thick hair. Maybe I can't blend them well but I really have a feeling that the extentions are just too thin for my hair. But over all I'm really happy with them.”

I am sorry to hear that the 220-gram set was not thick enough for your hair. You are always welcome to weigh your Luxies out on a scale to ensure that they are the proper weight.
You are also welcome to purchase a Volumizer weft (www.bit.ly/luxyvolumizer) to compensate for the lack of thickness in your current set. This is a 45 gram, 4 clip weft that will add more volume to your hair. Also, if you haven't washed your Luxies yet, I suggest doing so. Some customers find that washing the hair makes it fluff up and expand, which makes the set look thicker.
