I honestly was really excited to try the lucky hair extensions. After reading the reviews, seemed like a great purchase. It never came. Tracking number and Luxy customer service told me it had been delivered, but it didn’t. After 2 more days i asked for a refund bc it was clear the hair wasn’t coming. They did refund my money in a timely manner, I just really wish the hair would have come in the first place. I really wanted to try it.

I got a really bad haircut and tried ordering “remy” extensions from amazon because I wanted them ASAP but it failed. I searched many websites and found this one. 1) price is amazing for quality of hair. The 220 gram is literally the best I found In all the websites i looked up. The shipping was okay, but once I finally did get my extensions, omg! Love it! Looks just like my hair even with my awful haircut. I did have to dye it because I have reddish brown hair, but it took the dye well and I just love it!

These are my first ever pair of extensions, I actually purchased the seamless but needed more thickness so purchased the classic also, the color is awesome they ste high quality snd I'm obsessed

The rewards program was very difficult. I was unable to apply it to my purchase. I was unable to reach a person at Luxy to help with that. Also needed to know what color I had previously ordered but couldn’t reach someone. When I received the purchase it was the wrong color and I was again unable to get it help in exchanging it. This is my 6th purchase through Luxy. The quality is very good but the service is seriously lacking.
