“Overall the hair is gorgeous and soft and stays that way, I have yet to style it with a curler.
I'am so far Impressed. The only one issue I can say is my package seal was already opened when received. And when I tried to return them for sanitary purposes I was not contacted and never heard back from any one. That was a bit disappointing. I wish they could have came in just a little longer and thick as my hair was thicker than the 220G' I purchased.”

I did check our email history, and sadly, we did not receive any email from your email address regarding the way the package arrived. Perhaps the email did not go through properly.
Stephanie, please know that we reply to all emails within 24 hours. If you did not receive a reply, then most likely we did not get your email, so kindly give it another try :)
We are always here to help, and should there be an issue with the packaging or security sticker, please email us right away to let us know (info@luxyhair.com). We are very understanding and do everything we can to make things right.
Lastly, if your hair is very thick and the 220g set is not quite enough hair, then you can consider getting another set to use a few wefts from there, and store away the rest for the future.
