“and i mean this in an exceptionally good way. i had my first set shipped to a different location then what i live at and when i received it the seal was broken on the box. the first thing i did was email the luxy team and they responded within two minutes!!! they were very understanding and just asked me to send them some photos of the packaging and they said it was all good if i needed to return which i definitely did! chocolate brown ended up being too light for me so i sent a photo of my hair colour to the luxy team and they recommended the dark brown which was pretty much an EXACT match for my hair, except my hair lacked the glossiness of the extensions. they processed the return to a whole new address without any hiccups (the seal was broken on my second package as well but the extensions were wrapped up in their normal manner so they definitely weren’t tampered with). the actual extensions themselves are absolutely beautiful! i wore them to my best friends wedding and i received so many compliments and they blended seamlessly with my own hair.”
