“I have been a luxy customer for several years and I have purchased many sets of hair extensions. However, I have noticed with the new set I bought, the ends got frayed and look damaged within a couple of weeks. I didn’t even style them, wear them to bed or wear them daily for that matter. I believe the quality of Luxy extensions has declined.”
