If you feel that they are a little heavy, you can try clipping them in about 1" down from your scalp or even stacking them on top of each other (2 at the most) to help with any possible heaviness.

Please know that since Luxies are made of 100% remy human hair, they certainly can be dyed to match your hair by your hairstylist. (If doing so, please be sure to test it first on the smallest weft in the set, prior to dying it fully, so that you are happy with the results.)

I'm so happy to hear that you are pleased with your new Ash Blonde Luxies and that they are thick and match your hair perfectly.
In regards to shedding, it is common for them to shed more in the beginning and then the shedding will subside after the first few wears and washes.
As a friendly reminder, please kindly use a soft bristle brush to comb through the hair. Starting from the ends, and working your way up removing tangles is the best practice to prevent hair pulling.
