“I love these extensions, but they are a lot more work than what they seem. I can't seem to put these in myself without the bands showing and I have very thick hair. I'm also good with hair. My set also needed to be cut and dyed to match my shade perfectly so be prepared for that. If you are really wanting a very nice set of clip ins, you must do it right and you must order luxy! I'm still learning and growing my hair out in the mean time :)”

Jessica, I'm glad to hear that you love your new Ash Blonde Luxies, especially after getting them custom cut and dyed to blend with your hair. In regards to the bands showing, I suggest to clip them in a little lower on your head, or to play around with the placement of the wefts on your head, staying clear of any natural parts in your hair. This will allow the wefts to be concealed.

“Tried to reach out to customer service. Sent emails to find out why my shipment was taking so long. No response whats so ever! Very disappointed. Would have been fine if I would have gotten a response back. Bad management! At one point I wondered if I was going to receice my 209 product at all! Going to definitely go with an place for extensions the next time just because I feel like I made a transaction and was like just waiting and waiting for a response that never came. Firstly, I'm sorry that you did not get our response back to you. I can see that my colleague, Takara, responded to your email regarding the status of your order on April 4th, less than 24 hours later from when we received your email. “I give it a 4 because I had to tone it myself to get it to match platinum blonde but other than that it was defiantly worth it. Shipping is slow or fast depending what company Luxy chooses to use to get the package to you. DHL took over 2 weeks and FedEx took 1 week for me when I did 2 separate orders.”

“Wonderful extensions as always! This set should be called light honey blonde because they are not ash. They are not even a neutral beige blonde. I had to tone these to match my hair correctly, which isn't a problem because I am a hair stylist, but it's just inconvenient when you pay so much for the set and it's titled "ash blonde". I suggest renaming the set and then actually coming out with a beige or ash blonde set. Thank you :)”

I appreciate your suggestion to change the name of Ash Blonde shade to be more representative of it's actual colour. The Ash Blonde set does still have yellow tones in the hair and they can be easily toned either with toner, or purple shampoo, which you did and that's great. However, will consider changing the name for the future.
