“I ordered these for my daughters birthday. They blend beautifully and give the extra volume for gorgeous curls and styles. She is almost platinum so I did have to tone them first. I diluted purple shampoo into a bowl of water and then submerged and rinsed until I get the desired color. She has had them for almost 3 months now wears them about 5 times a week and they still look fantastic. We did have one clip fall off but just got some thread and sewed it back on. Will order again Pictures are of her hair without extensions and with.”

“I really like my luxies and would give them five stars, but there are a couple of things that prevented me from doing so. First of all, they are top quality extensions, and styling, washing and wearing them is easy, they don’t knot while washing or wearing, however like most extensions, make sure to brush them throughout the day if you are wearing them and store them properly.
Tue thing I found troubling for me is that the “ash blonde” colour was actually very brassy and far from ashy. Another thing that I’ve had to work around is the super thick wefts, now I got the 220g so it’s a lot of hair, however the clips are not properly sewn into the wefts in a couple of places, especially the corners, so sometimes you have a chunk of a corner sticking out. Luxy hair provides you with one extra clip, so I went out and had to buy more just to un-sew and re-sew some of the corners so they’re not floppy or chunky.
Moral of the story; sometimes you will need to tailor expensive clothes to fit your body and that is fine, but you also expect those expensive clothes to be made meticulously in the first place. Toning, adding in some low lights, or highlights and cutting extensions to fit your head is expected as no two heads are the same. But something as simple as the placement of the clips made wearing the extensions difficult for me until I had to fix them.
Overall, however, I am happy with the extensions, shipping went smoothly, and Luxy is always quick to follow-up to make sure you are happy with your purchase.”
