“I stopped wearing extension for a couple years during the pandemic, working from home. Back to the real world, so I wanted extensions again. My hair grew longer so I tried Bellami silk seam volumizing weft in 22". They were painful, felt like my hair was being tugged. Always took a while to find that sweet spot where it didn't hurt and it never layed flat. I thought something with me changed. I wear them everyday so it got annoying and frustrating. And impossible to use in a ponytail. Struggled with Bellamis for about 7 mos. I remembered Luxy's never bothered me. So, I decided to go back to Luxy and invested in the 24" full set since the volume weft only goes up to 20". I figured these could last me 1.5 years as I don't use the whole set at once. I have super long hair so these are for volume, not length. OMG, I will NEVER leave you again, Luxy! So freaking comfy, even with the thicker classic wefts. Hair qualify is better too. Bellamis get matty and super dry after about 3-4 washes. Glad I decided to make this investment. Totally worth it!!!”

“As a hair stylist and someone who has been wearing extensions for the past 8 years I’m not happy with these extensions. With them being 240g I should not be able to see through the ends when I have them in my hair. They’re thick at the tops by the clips then drastically get thin at the ends. Due to this is does not blend. When I have them in it looks like i have so much hair until you get below my shoulders and suddenly you can see through the hair because the density of the extensions are not the same throughout. I’m very disappointed and cannot not wear these extensions unless I get more. With other brands I can wear 200g and it look great. I will not be buying any more hair from Luxy or recommending them to clients.”

Please note that we generally suggest or 24" sets for thin/medium thickness hair. For thicker hair, we recommend our 20" Classic Volume Bundle at 265 grams.

“The hair is extremely thing. I bought 24 inches for the length, but I’m going to have to cut the ends off because of how stringy they look. Waste of money. Also doesn’t help that the hair sample they give you doesn’t give a full depiction of the full set of hair. If I knew how stringy the hair was, I wouldn’t have opened it.”
