“I ordered these extensions in September, have only used them once a week since and have not used heat products and already the hair is knotting and “dead”… I haven’t had this type of quality issue with Luxy before and I have bought thousands worth of extensions here. I know there is no refund after the package is opened. If you could list the grade of remy hair quality before check out, that would be great… previous orders worked out great though. Just this particular one was not good quality.”

“This is in fact a LOT of hair.. I have thick hair and even then I found it a lot for me.. I wouldve ordered the middle grams not thing biggest. So if your're wondering which grams to get stick to the mid choice unless you have INSANE amount of hair or need lots of extra-- I dont use all the wefts - other than that quality is great they dont tangle as easy and its pretty seamless..”

“Absolutely love them I bought the wrong ones to begin with they were to light and they did a quick and easy return. I then still bought light ones, I obviously miss judged my hair color lol I ended up dying them with my hair dressed and they held the color so well and ended up matching PERFECT I love the length so glad they have such a long length not a lot of companies do. I definitely recommend these to everyone!! :) great communication with the company and prompt shipping”

“I love the hair texture, no tangle at all , soft and cant tell if its extensions but seamless type better than classic instal on the clip, at the end classic seem thicker and no smooth thats the only problem i have, and overall your extensions hair its best and better than the other two brand i have , and so far i have 3 extensions from luxy 2 of 20” length and 1 of 24” length”
