“Love, Love the addition of the Volumizer. This color perfectly matches my hair, however when cutting it to the needed length of 14ish inches much of the lighter ends are lost.”

Thank you for your positive feedback on our new Volumizers.
Cheryl, the transition of the colour happens about halfway down the hair (which would be at about 10"). I do understand that a lot of the lighter portion on the ends would be cut off if you're trimming them down to 14". However, I will note this to share with the team for possible future improvement/alteration of the way the colour transitions down the hair in the ombre/balayage colours.
