“I paid $15 to order three different color samples to ensure I purchased the correct product for my hair. I was able to match my hair with one of the samples. However, I was highly disappointed when I received my product, which did NOT match the sample. I had to return the product. My suggestion to Luxy Hair would be to send the sample in full length, not just the highlight ends of the product. Little did I know the ends of the balayage would be so much more highlighted than the top of the product, which was super dark in color. I ended up with nothing. Your test samples should be the full length of the hair from dark to the lighter ends.”
