“Great vest, great fit, handy pockets. I wouldnt keep my phone in the pockets without a wallet though, seems the membrane between back and pocket is not sweat proof.”
“Lightweight, packable cycling vests with rear pockets are not easy to find so I was delighted to discover the MAAP Outline Vest. It is light weight, packs down to fit into a jersey pocket and is wind proof and shower proof. It is great to put over a Summer jersey as the weather gets cooler. I also use it to carry my phone when running.
I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 because of the sizing / cut of the vest.
I am 163cm tall and weigh 55kg. I followed the sizing chart and am squarely within the Small range for all measurements, so I ordered a Small. While it fits well around the bust, it is quite short and firm around the hips and I find it rides up when cycling.
Because I love the features mentioned above (packable, light weight and most of all, pockets), I bought a second one, but this time in Medium. I find this size is overall more comfortable and doesn't ride up.
