“It arrived at my house, well-packed to keep it cold. Therefore, I left it in my garage, unpacked. [During winter months, my enclosed garage is my 2nd 'refrigerator'.] Christmas Day, 2023 - I followed oven directions & ate a tiny portion of it accompanied with a couple glasses of 2012 Dom Perignon. The mix of stuffing ingredients & seasonings was supberb! Two nights later I served more of it when a friend came to dinner. It was completely finished the night after that with a couple of other friends! It was delicious throughout those meals.
Before buying it, I thought the price too high. I no longer think that to be the case. Considering all the ingredients & pre-preparation - left to others - the price is about right. That stuffed turkey roll was a true gourment experience! Thanks Mackenzie!! I'll buy items from you in the future!
